Meet Robert McGuire, ASR 

Robert McGuire loves Denver real estate almost as much as he loves his lovely bride. Robert is a Denver Realtor who truly cares about his family and his clients.

I am a ‘semi-native’ of Denver. I grew up and graduated high school in Muskogee, Oklahoma near Tulsa. After moving to Denver with my family in the mid ‘60’s, I spent 3 years in the Army Intelligence Division. I came back to Denver and went to Community College and then spent many years in Government Service. I got interested in real estate after the purchase of my first home in Northeast Denver. It was a duplex purchased for $18,500. How times have changed.

I have been a licensed real estate agent for about 25 years. I began working in family neighborhoods in northeast Denver like Park Hill. Having gone through the ‘good times’ and challenging times in this market I have a good perspective about the cycles in real estate. Through all of the cycles, I have always enjoyed helping individuals and families and first time home owners accomplish there hopes and dreams of owning a home. In my experience in real estate I have served as  an agent, agent/owner, mentor/trainer, Secretary of the Board of Directors for Cherry Creek Ventures Real Estate in Denver among other positions.

I am currently a Broker Associate at Your Castle Real Estate and a Blogger and Realtor with All Denver Real Estate. My clients have found me knowledgeable, professional and personable in the processes of listing and selling their homes or purchasing a home. I am experienced in move up buying and working out the logistics of selling and then purchasing a larger home or downsizing. I enjoy doing repeat business with my satisfied clients and their referrals.

I have worked the entire Front Range and yet still specialize in the Denver Metropolitan area. I have a lot of experience in the Central Denver areas such as  Park Hill, City Park, and Highlands that are close to Downtown Denver. There are several other ‘hidden’ and ‘up and coming’ areas in Central Denver that can meet the needs of clients in every price range.  Married for 34 years to my lovely wife (and Personal Assistant) Sandra. Tennis, learning to be a better golfer and travel are among my other interests. Also keeping up with technology and social media.
