The Hotz Group is a family of REALTORS specializing in luxury homes and Denver relocation real estate. Larry Hotz has been selling homes and moving families to Denver since 1978. Now, he is joined by his lovely daughters in a family real estate business.
Elizabeth began working with her Dad in 2005, and her sister Meredith joined in 2014. Since then, they have been working together as a family team to bring quality real estate services to their clients.
Larry Hotz
Larry Hotz’s career in real estate began in Cherry Creek, selling homes in 1978. By 1982, he was appointed Managing Broker of a large Cherry Creek brokerage and continued to sell homes. In 1990, he joined Kentwood Real Estate as a Broker Associate and quickly earned his way into the prestigious Kentwood President’s Club of top salespeople. He has been recognized annually by the Board of Realtors for top sales. Also, Larry taught continuing education for the University of Colorado and the Colorado Association of Realtors.
Larry’s business evolved over the years to include selling luxury homes in such areas as the The Denver Country Club, Cherry Hills Village and Castle Pines Village. He also developed a large clientele of Denver relocation families. He worked with national relocation companies and local businesses such as Pfizer, Pepsi, and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center to move and transfer employees to and from Denver.
Elizabeth Hotz
Elizabeth and I have worked together since 2005. Before then, she graduated from Purdue University and worked in Denver for a large advertising agency. She had a glamorous job and she was prepared for it with her college major in Communications. But, she did not feel fulfilled in that short career. I was very fortunate for her to join me. At first, she worked as an assistant and became a Partner in 2009.
“I guess that I didn’t know what I wanted when I left college. The advertising agency was glamorous, and I met lots of stars. But I was unfulfilled. Dad worked long and hard to get me to try the real estate business. I am glad he did. I am excited every day, and I love what I do now. I love my clients”.
Meredith Hotz
Before her life in Real Estate, Meredith ran a beading store and event space called The Crazy Merchant in Littleton after graduating from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. There, she majored in apparel merchandising and business. She also operated a marketing business with her mother from 2009 to 2014 called Marketing Matters.
Now, she is a Certified Military Specialist and has been a Hotz Group partner in helping clients buy and sell homes since 2015.

The Hotz Group Relocation Realtors
So, our Hotz Group now has three active Brokers working together for their clients’ interests. We help each other when scheduling requires, but we mainly work with our own clients. Most of all, we are a think tank for each other, bouncing ideas off one another to ensure we take the best care of our clients.
One of our main specialties is helping people move to Denver. We are approved Relocation Realtors by most major, national relocation companies. And, we refer our clients to competent Realtors on the other end of their relocation move.
We recently moved into a larger office to accommodate the group. We hold regularly scheduled weekly meetings in addition to attending our company’s weekly sales meeting.
